packaging - each order is safely packaged in poly bubble mailers. this provides each purchase with water-resistant, extra cushioning protection.
proper care - all products on my website are handmade. while i do my best to ensure all my creations are durable, they will not be as durable as those that are factory-made. to ensure longevity, i recommend being gentle while handling them. please avoid sitting on them and avoid having them hit against rough surfaces and objects.

returns/refunds - any order that is lost/stolen or damaged during shipping, i unfortunately cannot refund or replace the item due to not being responsible for what occurs after i successfully ship it out. i recommend to kindly file a claim with the shipping carrier instead.
